Roles available: 

Event Assistant

• You will be acting as a point of contact for customers, so a happy, friendly and approachable persona is essential.

• You could be assisting the welcome team in ticket scanning and assisting the guests with any queries, directions or needs.

• You could be assisting with the event site maintenance including litter picking and campsite cleanliness.

• You will also need to keep a proactive mindset to assess any issues that may arise on the day of the event and report this back to your Supervisor or Manager on the shift. 

There are certain requirements we will need staff to comply with: 

• All staff will be required to work all event days.

• You will be required to be flexible between roles.

• We will ask you for preferred shifts but these cannot always be guaranteed.

Travel: Festivall do not provide transportation. Staff are responsible for making their own way to and from events. Please note: staff car parking will be available.

Staff Camping: is available - you must bring all your own equipment with you.
