Roles available: Usher

• Act as the eyes and ears of the event, assisting the guests with any queries, directions or needs.

• You will be paying particular attention to the spacing of the arena, customers will often spread out in the picnic concert. You will be responsible for aiding in the management of this and politely helping customers in finding space.

• You will act as a point of contact for customers, so a happy, friendly and approachable persona is essential.

• You will also need to keep a proactive mindset to assess any issues that may arise on the day of the event and report this back to your Supervisor on the shift. 

There are certain requirements we will need staff to comply with: 

• You should be available to work all event days.

• We will ask you for preferred shifts but these cannot always be guaranteed.

Travel: Festivall do not provide transportation. Staff are responsible for making their own way to and from events. 

NO Staff Camping or Parking available.
