About The Event
Winter Light Trail
Ashridge House Illuminated takes place at Ashridge House on 29th Nov - 1st Jan.
Roles available:
Event Assistant | Trail Steward
Please note all roles will be working outside and standing for most, if not all of the shift.
Act as the eyes and ears of the event so a happy, friendly and festive persona is essential.
Stewarding the site to aid guests with queries or directions, acting as a point of contact.
You may be required to scan entry tickets and be the first face of the event, as well as pack down/tidy during the event closure.
You will also need to keep a proactive mindset to assess any issues that may arise on the day of the event and report this back to your Manager on the shift.
Car Park Stewards
Aid in the flow of guest traffic, ensuring all cars are parked safely and efficiently
Steward the car park area to greet and act as an initial point of contact for guests
You will also need to keep a proactive mindset to assess any issues that may arise on the day of the event and report this back to your Supervisor on the shift.
There are certain requirements we will need all staff to follow:
You will need to be available to work 2+ holiday dates (Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day)
You will be available for a minimum of 15 show dates across the run
You will be required to be flexible between roles.
You will be aged 18 or older due to independent/lone working.
Travel: Festivall do not provide transportation. Staff are responsible for making their own way to and from events.
Please note: staff car parking will be available. You will be finishing your shift late into the evenings, public transport may not be running at these times. No accommodation is provided.
