Staff Welfare always has and always will be top of the Festivall agenda.

Our company was founded in the Garden of England - Kent - and so being green has always been close to our heart; both internally and externally. That’s why from 2022, we’re offsetting our carbon emissions and planting a tree for each member of staff we employ.

We know that money is a motivation for our staff so we’ve paid the Living Wage since we started. It is our belief that a team with higher quality remuneration are in a position to provide an even better experience to our clients.
